The promoter of this competition is Elite Group IT Limited (Elite Group IT Limited trading as Wimanx).
This competition is open to residents of the Isle of Man aged 16 years or over except employees of Elite Group IT Limited.
There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to these terms and conditions.
Details on how to enter the competition are specified on the competition flyer, entrants must complete the crossword puzzle and email winme@wimanx.com with a picture of their completed crossword in order to successfully enter the competition.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The closing date for the competition will be 11.59pm Friday 31st March 2023 and the winner will be contacted via email shortly following the end of the competition.
By entering the competition the winner consents to being contacted by Elite Group IT with regards to any matter related to this competition.
The winner will be chosen at random by Elite Group IT Limited and notified by email.
If the winner cannot be contacted via the email address provided when entering the competition or does not respond, the Prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected in accordance with the rules.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to the entrant by any third party connected to this competition.
The prize is a £50 voucher for Barbary Coast.
The prize is as stated above and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non transferable and subject to availability and Elite Group IT reserve the right to substitute any prize with another equivalent value without giving notice.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed entries for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
