The Island’s fastest growing Telecom and Technology solutions provider, Wi-Manx, is looking for a motivated and friendly receptionist to work in its dedicated customer hub, who also has sales experience.
The main responsibility of the role will be to be the welcoming face of the Wi-Manx customer service hub, greeting customers and dealing with their requests. You will also be required to confidently raise support requests to the support team, provide routers and complete application forms, as well as selling home broadband and landline products to customers, for which training will be provided.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who is personable, presentable and customer friendly, as they will be the initial point of contact for Wi-Manx customers. Experience of a sales environment would be an advantage due to the nature of the role. The role also has the potential to progress to a 1st line support role for the right applicant.
