First Contact Agent – Full Time

Wi-Manx is hiring a First Contact Agent to join our growing team.

Based in our Tromode office, you will handle a wide variety of service-related events, from general customer enquiries to basic technology-related matters.

Our First Contact team aims to provide a fast and efficient level of service of the highest standard to all our valued customers. You will take ownership of tasks from start to finish providing our customers with right-first-time resolutions at every possible opportunity.

You will find positive solutions from often challenging situations, building trust and rapport with key contacts at every opportunity.

To be successful in this role – you will need:
