Wi-Manx employs a team of specialists meaning you will receive a prompt response in the event of any technical query or fault.

Wherever possible your systems will be maitnenance by the same engineer, ensuring continuity of service and allowing the engineer to develop an understanding of your specific needs and business practices.

In the event of a technical problems, we offer support Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, excluding Bank Holidays, with a guaranteed 4 hour response time.

Our engineers are trained in all aspects of the service offered and can be contacted immediately by phone, email or, in the event of an emergency, on our priority helpline number*.
