Our online application process enables you to sign-up for our broadband service securely and easily. Our aim is to make the process as quick and easy as possible.

Existing Customers

If you’re already a wi-manx customer, just send us an email to accounts@wimanx.com and we’ll get your request processed as quickly as possible.

New to broadband

New Broadband customers will be sent a letter, within 2 working days, containing their new service information. Your service should be operational within 10 working days.

Already have broadband?

Existing broadband customers can sign-up and switch over to Wimanx quickly. As soon as we’ve processed your order, we will e-mail you your account details which can be used immediately. Please note that you are now required to provide a Migration Authorisation Code (MAC) if switching providers. Your order will be processed much more quickly if you can enter it here. Links to the relevant places to request the MAC will be shown in the form.


VDSL is only available to customers who are within 2km of a broadband exchange. Further checks will be required to ascertain whether your phoneline is VDSL capable.
