1st Line Technical Support Engineer

We are looking to recruit a front line Technical Support Engineer.  Being the first point of contact, the successful candidate will be friendly and approachable with an excellent telephone manner in order to process or forward queries and support requests.  As a 1st Line Technical Support Engineer, you will be provided with ongoing training to enable you to deal with a broad range of situations which will contribute to the smooth operation of the Technical function.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience working in a customer-focused service provider environment and at least 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English.  Basic computer skills are essential together with a genuine interest in internet, broadband and web technologies.  You will be eager to learn and possess a desire to exceed customer expectation through your excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
