Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a bright, focused and personable individual to complement our already knowledgeable and focused team of technical staff who are committed to providing the best available service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least a basic understanding of the technical services and solutions that Wi-Manx deliver as an ISP, Datacentre, Web Hosting, Cloud and Telecommunications provider; with some experience across related technologies such as DSL, IP, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Storage, Virtualisation and IP PBX.

On the job training will be provided and the most important qualities that you can bring are commitment, self-motivation, desire for fundamental understanding of technologies, a logical mind, high standards and enthusiasm.
