Billing
Wi-Manx service charges are payable monthly via direct-debit, cheque or bank transfer. Direct-debits are collected on the first
working week of every month. If customers take advantage of the VoIP/Broadband phone service then these calls will also be billed monthly on
your existing Wi-Manx invoice. Direct-Debit is the preferred method of payment.
Rental charges for ADSL are charged a month in advance, except for the first month where the charge will be pro-rated
Connection Charge
The standard connection charge for new Broadband connections is £47. This doesn't apply to Broadband customers switching from another ISP.
