What happens next?

After Wi-Manx have received your completed application form the following events will happen (Note - These are estimated time-frames)

Description Days from Start†
Wi-Manx will submit an ADSL CRF (Customer Requirement Form) to Manx Telecom. This requests Manx Telecom to ADSL enable your line. On receipt of application
Manx-Telecom will send out two ADSL Micro-filters in the post <= 5 business days from receipt of application
Manx-Telecom will activate the line and notify Wi-Manx <= 7 business days from receipt of application
Wi-Manx will notify the customer, pre-configure the equipment then arrange delivery of the equipment or the customer can arrange to pickup the equipment. <= 7 business days from receipt of application


† Estimated time-frames. Wi-Manx aim to meet these time-frames although delays are possible, especially when the cause is outside the control of Wi-Manx (e.g. Telecoms issues etc). In the event of a delay, the customer will be notified.
