Wi-Manx, part of The Elite Group, has made a key hire with the appointment of Rachael Cringle who will join the company’s growing Corporate Accounts team.
With a previous Corporate Sales role at Manx Telecom, Rachael joins Wi-Manx as a Senior Account Manager with over five years of invaluable industry experience and excellent technical knowledge.
Talking of her new position, Rachael said:
“My previous role as an Account Executive involved looking after corporate accounts and I built very strong working relationships with businesses on the Isle of Man to ensure that I understood their business needs and requirements. In order to successfully provide the best possible service, it is essential to understand, listen and deliver and this skillset will certainly be integral in my new role at Wi-Manx.
My key strength is maintaining good relationships – if my customer is happy, then I am happy. A priority of mine is to ensure my customer has proper communication from the start right through to the delivery of an order.
Wi-Manx is ambitious and there is a clear and strong vision for the company, underpinned by strong values making it a great place to work. The company strongly believes in putting the customer at the centre and focusing on excellent service, and invests in skills and technology to achieve this.”
Joining Wi-Manx at pivotal time, Wi-Manx said they are looking forward to Rachael joining the team:
“Rachael is sure to hit the ground running thanks to her fantastic product knowledge coupled with her excellent communication skills. Wi-Manx has had great success over the past year since becoming part of The Elite Group, with the convergence of IT and telecoms, plus the drive for adoption of cloud technology; we are well positioned to build on our success.
Over the coming months we have a stream of new innovative and disruptive technologies and services launching. We are eagerly awaiting the introduction of Fixed Number Portability (FNP) and in preparation for this we are further enhancing our SIP product to carry inbound as well as outbound traffic and we will launch our own number range.”
