With the redevelopment of our multi-million pound, 9000 sq-ft Heywood House headquarters nearing completion – we will be relocating aspects of the Wi-Manx operation back to our new headquarters. This change should bring many benefits – with our technical support, net-ops, sales, accounts and management teams all being located under one roof.
The main change for you, the customer is that all our sales\accounts\tech-support operations will be handled out of our new headquarters.
With aspects of the operation being relocated back to Heywood House, the Victoria Street store will be closing on Friday 26th November, the new office will be open the following Monday.
For customers who have taken advantage of our £100 voucher offer – the vouchers are still 100% valid and can be redeemed against a wide range of routers, wireless equipment, voip devices, media-players, memory cards and netbooks. Our sales office\reception at Heywood House will handle all sales enquiries, vouchers, accounts queries and technical support issues.
