I have added some pictures of our new LV switchgear that’s being installed at Heywood House. There are several of these panels that handle the power distribution throughout the datacentre, the auto-changeover for the generators, the input\output from the UPS systems etc. The panels are manufactured by UK Company Mardix – a specialist in switchgear and critical power systems.

There are different panels for the separate A+B power supplies and as you can see from the images, every output is metered (and recorded via modbus\snmp) – so we know exactly where every Amp of power is going.
